Ian K. Dawson- Chief Learning Officer
Mr. Dawson brings over 20 years of experience in talent development and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Praxis Civitas, they held senior leadership positions at leading global training institutions, where they spearheaded innovative learning solutions and cultivated a culture of continuous improvement. Dawson is a passionate advocate for experiential learning and believes in the transformative power of practical skills application. They hold a Master’s in Adult Education and are a certified professional coach.
